How the information you share helps us prepare your quote.
Quote enquiries.
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, guest count, service selections and the details you add. Canvas & Coal uses this information to review the event, prepare a quote and discuss booking arrangements with you.
Your enquiry is saved on our website hosting account and is available to our authorised administrator. It is not used to sign you up for marketing. Please share only dietary or accessibility information needed for your event, and avoid unnecessary personal details about other guests.
Cookies and optional measurement.
A session cookie supports secure enquiries and admin sign-in. Your cookie preference is stored on your device so we can remember your choice.
If enabled by Canvas & Coal and you choose to allow them, Google Analytics can measure use of the site and Google Ads can measure advertising enquiries. Those tags remain blocked before optional consent. The site does not send your name, email, phone number or enquiry message through its advertising or analytics events.

Messaging us on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp links open an external WhatsApp service when you choose to click them. No WhatsApp widget loads while you browse this site. Any message you send is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms and by Canvas & Coal to respond to your enquiry. Website analytics, where you consent to it, record only a WhatsApp link click, not your message.
